The Issue

In my opinion, the people in power (ics + foundation team) has too much power. An example of this would be striking. From what I understand, if you want to strike someone you have to ask another person in power if he/she can be striked. This problem lies when almost everyone in a leadership role are friends with each other (which is fine) and accepts the reason for the strike almost instantly without actually considering the reason properly. Then the person who placed the strike can only remove it thus giving that person too much power over the crime committer.

This then brings and issue to bullying as if a person in power bullies a lower rank of FS and if the lower rank of FS fights back, he gets punished so easily because “he is rude” or if he ignores the habbo like how you would ignore a bully, he gets faulted for it because he is ignoring a higher rank. This means that FS is placing themselves over Habbo’s own rules of bullying which is totally stupid. This issue continues when the person in power gets “hurt” because the lower rank fought back for his/her own right the higher rank playing the victim or if the higher rank feels like their power is threaten because of that person ignoring them. Higher ranks may then resort to weird and non-related punishments like paybanning the person to how they respond to bullying. An example of this bullying can be seen here.

Some of you may say that this story here is incomplete which maybe true but this website's point is not to persecute anyone as said above but to show there is too much power in the hands of ic+. I would not go deep into the story as there is no point as the punishments have already been given out whether they are lawful or not.

The Second Issue

Rules set are ment to be followed to the letter. If not what's the point of them if ic+ and founders can just bend them to suit their own needs? If ic+ can bend the rules what makes it so that the members(aka lower ranks) should follow them? The idea of this is servant leadership. If the leaders do not set a good example of what real leadership is then the members are just gona do the same mistakes the leaders make when they themselves become leaders of their own field. Recently, a couple of National Security members were allowed in the base as beth* has talked to abbas about it already, whatever she has talked about so. From their mottos and badges they own, this means that they have been granted Special Visitor status by the founder himself(I am not going to pick at this point as this is not my main point) as there is no other such status of Special Special Visitor etc... which in other words they have to follow the rules of the code of conduct stated in the website even though they maybe Donald Trump or whoever the hell visits FS with a SV pass. Take a look at this situation.

Well I probably will be called a backstabbing son of a gun etc... for taking that chat screenshot but I do what I do to give equality to everyone. You can see that this user is sitting at the front desk for whatever reason. When the rules state that you can fill the front desk. This means that ic+ are again bending the rules just for their friends to do what they want and look cool. Its just like the police department saying that everyone arrested will be jailed for minimum 24 hours and this officer who is friends with this convict releases him after 10mins. Why then should the other convicts follow the rules then if this officer can just allow a release after 10mins?
